The truth is, I have been a music lover since the day I was born. I have always had a dream of making my own music some day...., so now I am. I started writing poems at a very young age, then writing lyrics....I was always to shy to sing in public, but I over came that as I got older. I never learned how to read or write music....but I have an ear for it....I basicly taught myself how to play guitar....and its been my drug ever since....my passion for the arts is what drives me...to reach for the stars....to make a dream become real. My musical style varies from time to time...it all depends on the mood I am in when I'm playing or writing. My influences are Jim Morrison, Van Morrison, Johnny Cash, Mike Ness, Tom Petty, and Stevie Nicks, just to name a few. In addition to me being a solo artist, I am also founding member and lead singer of the band GYPSYHEAD. ( www.gypsyhead.yolasite.com) My inspirations are; God, my soulmate, love of my life, and biggest fan~Lisa, my Dad (R.I.P.), my Aunt (R.I.P.), the rain, the moon, love, life. My goal is to play, sing, write, perform, to make someone smile, even if its just for a little while. My creative, artistic, and life mentor, and whom I owe so much too for helping me to see my inner strength and talent, is Laura St. John (R.I.P.) Without her pushing me, I'd still be hiding away in my back room. Thank you Laura, for being a Sis to me, and for breaking me out of my shell!
